Staff (Leah) was very kind and helpful when I came in for initial information about storage rental. She explained pricing and showed me a few options of what was available. I ended up renting a unit. Staff has been very kind and nice each time I've gone in.

Rates are a little high.

My payment was raised every 3-6 months resulting in it being triple, soon quadruple, by 3 years in. I was told by multiple managers that I shouldn't receive more than one increase a year, and they were appalled by how high it was raised each time. This is disgusting and predatory.

Good price and I hope they keep the prices the same.
