Your rent increases are rapacious. If my landlord raised my rent by $50-75 every 6-9 months, I'd haul his ass to court so fast his head would spin. Going from $249/mo to $428/mo over two years for no improvement in service or value is goddamned outrageous. Whoever implemented your rate increase policy is a criminal and needs to report to jail. I will recommend against your services to anyone who will listen until I breathe my last.

Easy to work with. Only negative is they do not prorated monthly fee. I was 1 day late because there office was closed on the day I cleaned out the unit so I incurred a full month $94.

Staff (Leah) was very kind and helpful when I came in for initial information about storage rental. She explained pricing and showed me a few options of what was available. I ended up renting a unit. Staff has been very kind and nice each time I've gone in.
