Jacob did an amazing job on helping! The process was easy and seamless. The location is great and the units are extremely clean.

Jacob was extremely helpful from move in to move out. I have been and will continue to recommend CubeSmart on Carpenter Road to friends and family.

Rates are a little high.

My payment was raised every 3-6 months resulting in it being triple, soon quadruple, by 3 years in. I was told by multiple managers that I shouldn't receive more than one increase a year, and they were appalled by how high it was raised each time. This is disgusting and predatory.

Good price and I hope they keep the prices the same.

Hello,I decided to downsize from an 8x10 climate-controlled unit to a 5x10 unit. I have been very happy with CubeSmart storage and would highly recommend it to friends/family.
