Units are presently as clean (upon occupancy) and on-site staff are friendly and helpful; however, the CubeSmart franchise owner(s) like increasing the monthly rental fee. For a 10'x 20' storage locker, my monthly rental fee increased more than 60% in less than a two-year period.

This establishment charges way too much for a storage unit. When I wanted to go into the office to speak to a staff member, there was NOBODY to be found in the office. They were always out and about during business hours. One more thing, they bump up their prices when ever they feel like it. Ridiculous! This place is a joke.

Expensive to begin with and then price raised 3 times in just one year.
