You raised the rent $90.00 without a notification and when I called to talk about it the front desk guy was very rude. Your elevator doesn’t work and your front door was not workin. Do better!!!!!

The facility is always clean and maintained well. Staff is easy to find or get in touch with if needed, and the process was simple, quick and explained well from the time we started using cube smart to the last day.

The facility is very nice and clean. There is often isssue with one of the elevators and or one of the entrance doors, which can be frustrating. The employees in the front office are great and go above and beyond to help.

I haven't moved yet to Florida. We will be there in a couple of weeks. Our movers will be there towards the end of July. I spoke with Steve to rent a storage unit. He was very kind and helpful. I am sure we will be pleased.

Because nothing is convenient they could care less about anything but money. I relocated from one state to another it was only 45 days late had just paid one payment two weeks prior and they already cut my lock on my unit it was threatening to auction It Off and my payment amount was never consistent it went from 180 to 2 something and I ended up just being 45 days late they ended up charging me $594 I've got all the screenshots of every bit of it all the crazy excess charges that jump on and off of every statement the only thing they care about some money their money hungry speak into the few of the other renters that I spoke to when I was up there getting my stuff they have had the same thing happen to them and feel the same way as I do
