The lady running the office at cube smart was awesome. Very helpful and friendly. Cube was clean facility well kept up. Would use again.

My experience for the most part, is it was easy and convenient to rent a storage unit. Properties are well maintained.

The staff was courteous and very helpful, the unit was easy to navigate, and I felt safe while gathering or placing my valuables inside.

Well the outdoor units have massive ant piles on the back side going into the unit. I went to the front desk and they tried to put me in another unit, but that unit had the same issue and I could not get on the back side of the storage unit. The front desk helped with what they could. I was able to vacuum 90% of this huge nest. I drove to my house and got ant poison in pellet form and sprayed and wet it in the area where the storage unit meets the other unit with ant poison as well. I hope that stops with the ants atleast in the storage unit that i am in, but these ant piles are huge and access to the back side of the building would have made me feel more comfortable to get to the root cause of the ant beds.

Easy access, quick to meet my needs, staff was extremely helpful, and easy to close out when I was finished using the unit.

Superlative customer service. Representatives were very knowledgeable of storage units and policies and procedures.

Due to the number of price increases in such a short period of time. Also, very little grace when it comes to liens. Price too expensive for me.
