Great staff!

The lady up front was so nice and polite. The facility is neat and clean which a big plus for me.

Because my rent went from 100 a month to 171 a month, increasing slowly the longer i stayed. I had a 10x10 climate control. I was able to get the same size unit for almost half the cost. I feel like you are taking advantage of renters once they are in your facility.

The staff was always friendly and professional and the facility always pristine.

In less than 3 months the cost of my unit went up 25%. No explanation was given except market rates. We were told when we signed that it would not happen any time soon. Also reading reviews from an others across the country , they are experiencing the same issue. Everyone also agrees yhat the rates never come back down

No issues

We signed a contract in early 2024 for a set price of $115/month. A few months later our storage unit price was raised to $175/month with NO NOTICE. NOT how you take care of loyal customers. We were stuck paying the raised price/month until we finished building our home. Which was 1 1/2 years later. will not recommend. And will spread the word on your price gouging.

The sales associate was so nice and the facility looks very clean

The lady who worked there was extremely helpful and nice! Excellent customer service. I’d definitely recommend her service and this location.
