I rented two units from Cubesmart. One for approximately six years and the other for approximately seven years. The beginning was affordable. However, the longer the term, the more expensive the cost. You are actually critically penalized economically for being long-term and loyal customer. I was told frankly by an CS employee that the monthly payments will NEVER level out. That is a very bay way to say "thanks" to your long-term customers. I know no one who may have bottomless pockets who can afford these rates, Otherwise, my experience was well.

Ease and lack of drama lol

RATS and rising prices. Several pieces of my furniture was chewed up by rats. There was a ton of droppings and even an ant bed along the bottom of the back wall. I will probably try to sell/donate all of the large pieces I stored because I don't have the time or money to fix them. I was storing to move these into my new house and now I feel like I've been throwing money away for the last 2 years. I will never recommend your facility to anyone.

I didn’t know at first, that I should have done my own rodent control.
