Hello,In July 2025 I purchased vehicle ND22HNE from what was then the Lookers Kia Newcastle (railway street) dealership. Car is now on private plate 206HJOThis dealership is now Lookers Cupra Newcastle. At the point of purchase I was assured that the car had just been serviced by Kia (its third service) and had no reason to question it. I have paperwork for its first and second service, and now its fourth service (done at Lookers Kia Gateshead). The advert for its sale (for which i have a copy) states "full service history"On trying to part-exchange this car at an unrelated kia dealership last month i was advised that the 'missing' service was a problem for me, and advised me to revert to Lookers. We have (as I see it) only three outcomes:-either the service was done, in which case please provide a copy of the paperwork-it was not done, but you can use your internal records to recreate the paperwork and stamp the book with the June/July 2025 date (and you would be justified in doing this given the service completed this week)-you acknowledge that (in error, and against your procedures) you unwittingly sold me a vehicle which is now devalued. It would appear that the only way for this position to be regularised is for me to reject the vehicle under my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 given that this 'fault' was present at the time of purchase.I would withdraw the above rejection if a suitable arrangement around a Kia EV3 GTLS could be arrived at.I look forward to hearing from you.

I was in Cupra Newcastle on 7th April. I paid £100 deposit to secure a vehicle. I changed my mind on said vehicle and informed Cupra on Thursday 9th April (am).I was informed a refund would be processed. It hasn’t been. I chased Monday and was informed it would be processed that day or Tuesday (Tuesday) it has not been.I would like my £100 back that I paid in good faith knowing this was refundable. It shouldn’t take nearly a week to initiate this. Please refund ASAP tomorrow morning. Cupra are technically withholding money that does not belong to them and I am not impressed. If this is the customer service they provide pleased I didn’t go ahead with the car.
