My unit is full of ROACHES that is coming through the walls from the neighbors unit. They’ve sent pest control out 3 times and the roach infestation has worsened. The office has refused to give me a higher up phone number. I’ve called code enforcement twice, and is currently waiting on a call from the corporate office. I just want to be let out of my lease as they can’t control the roach infestation and talking to the women in the office is like talking to a brick wall. I HATE IT HERE AND NEED HELP GETTING OUT OF THIS LEASE.

Great Community

I love this community and my home. This place is perfect for Ray who is disabled. This apartment was designed with his needs in mind. The maintenance guys are great and the office staff is the best. We are currently having problems with wild kids and barking dogs but things are getting better. We need updated landscaping. The large rocks in the lawn areas are a disaster with children around. Ray uses a walker and the walkways by our apartment is always littered with rocks. I clear the pathway for him every day. The cosmetic stuff is only curb appeal. Cypress View is a great place to live. (please stop going up on our rent)

This is still a nice complex. I want to stay here forever. However, we do have issues. There are too many wild kids running around after dark screaming and banging on doors. There are too many barking dogs! Both day and night. We need new landscaping and a lawn care team that cares about what they’re doing. Thank you for listening.

I am very happy living here so is my daughter. We have been here for almost8-9 years I think and that is a long time . Things start to wear out and we need some help and up dates. And we are very clean people and the roaches are bad.

Would like the bigger kids to have a playground. The little kids have one right now. Would also to see more parents taking responsibility for their children. Too many kids are playing in between cars. And they could damage the vehicles.

I love the community and I love how the office and maintenance people always try to handle any problem that may come up. The only issue is the parking.
