I’ve been here since 2019. Nothing but the best thank you I really enjoy living here.

I really enjoy having a pool so we can relax and take our kids and grandbabies to have family time, however the pool area is not kept up well and the pool always seems like it's not maintained well at all. I also think when having family or friends over its embarrassing when going up the stairs there is always trash of some sort. Tons of emails go out stating that they will be cleaning and that area will be kept up and it's not just as well as the email go out to the tenants saying if trash is left out by the doors a 50 dollar fee can occur. However the office/maintenance that clean a an apartment out that has no one living in trash seems to be left out for weeks. Also I believe more communication from the office staff would benefit more and reassuring that their tenants come first and matter.

The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The lady who helped me during was polite and very welcoming. She answered all questions and made the experience comfortable

Everyone was nice and friendly, and I loved the property.

Messed up that they wanna fix or replace other peoples appliances but not the ones that have been there the longest.Always saying completed. But nothing has been fixed or replaced.

Jennifer is such a welcoming, knowledgeable, and personable guide. She made my experience unbelievably smooth and made sure to answer all the questions I had. Cypress View Villas was very hospitable and I greatly enjoyed the time I spent touring the property and rentals.

My experience at Cypress View has been seamless. Office staff has always been helpful. My apartment I love. It’s quiet and I feel safe. I’m in a wheelchair and people have been willing to help.😊

I’ve been here since 2019. I love it. You get some families that are out of control, but that’s part of the apartments living situations and has nothing to do with Cypress View Villa. It’s the people and you win some you lose some. I’ve been very satisfied since I’ve been here thank you Alton Keith Smith apartment 823.

Get the crazy people out and the ones who is smocking weed

My unit is full of ROACHES that is coming through the walls from the neighbors unit. They’ve sent pest control out 3 times and the roach infestation has worsened. The office has refused to give me a higher up phone number. I’ve called code enforcement twice, and is currently waiting on a call from the corporate office. I just want to be let out of my lease as they can’t control the roach infestation and talking to the women in the office is like talking to a brick wall. I HATE IT HERE AND NEED HELP GETTING OUT OF THIS LEASE.
