It was clean, the staff was nice & it was peaceful. All questions were answered and it was a good experience overall. 10/10.

I moved to another state so I didn’t renew but I was there for 7 years.

I don’t think it’s as bad as a place that ppl say it is I would change the gym hrs and apparently the pool is open during business hrs as well I feel

Y'all need to spray for bugs more.

I’ve been here since 2017. The only reason I’m leaving is because I’m moving out of state. The management here on site are very helpful.

Wished we had a dog park

I never get email responses and despite multiple inspections of balconies and the like, communal areas are allowed to be disgusting. The breezeways, for example, are always filthy with trash leakage or pet excrement. It’s gotten so bad that raccoons have begun coming up to the third floor balcony. Office staff are also incredibly hard to work with. They rarely answer phone calls and almost never answer emails. I enjoy living here, I will be staying, but the state of staff and how the community areas are managed leaves much to be desired. Not to mention all the hideous rocks that have gone up lately. They just get everywhere and pose trip hazards now. I would be happy to see some more work be put into ground maintenance.

Enforce the parking rules.Stop advertising pool and gym privileges and then not open them.Fix the basketball court.

Roaches are a HUGE problem, they need to be taken more seriously. The same with the mold.

The person who helped us was very helpful and was able to explain and answer any questions I had.
