Kimberly was such a sweet woman and tour guide. I’ll be moving in November 22nd and I’m please she’s a leasing manager up there!

Anthony, Kimber and the other maintenance staff is great- your boy Fernando needs to go back to HVAC school.

Maintenance is quick to come look at any problems.

The apartment is infested with roaches, black crickets, & cockroaches. Neighbor immediately across from me 1-3 times a week leaves open trash outside of door spewing with liquids leaving black mold stains on the concrete. Maintenance left multiple dead exploded black crickets in kitchen light fixture very gross.

The current management is Professional and courteous. The pride they’re taking their job is showing with the results on the property.

I really liked the staff and I enjoyed living there 20years ago. I hope to live there again with my family

Ever since we moved in everything has been immaculate, orderly, and punctual. Thanks to the amazing office staff; Anthony and Kimber have been the most amazing managers we could've hoped for. When we were applying, we were in an emergency situation and had very limited resources and time, as well as having bad luck everywhere we went in the metroplex, but from the moment we walked in the door, until now almost 6-7 months later we have felt nothing but welcome into Cypress' big home. We love the office staff and the maintenance crew and wouldn't want it to change for the world. I have never seen a complex that is so upkept and taken care of, and it's all thanks to Anthony and Kimber and their constant efforts to better Cypress at Weatherford.

Anthony has been great! However, since we moved in, 17 years ago, not all things have been great. We have tried to be a pillar in the community by orchestrating clean-ups, hand downs, welcome packages, and solving local disagreements without involving office or police. I believe this has saved time and money. It is hard to reflect on 17 years, with all of it's challenges and changes. I will do my best.
