it was quite pleasant, Austin at the front desk was polite and efficient. Jack prepared the Cortizone shot and was courteous. Dr. Lashgari as always was fantastic.

The only problem was the protocol for getting patients in for their appointment. Most places ask you to call and they tell you to come in or wait a few minutes. They wanted me to just wait in the car and they would call me. However, they didn't have my correct phone number (which of course, I had no way of knowing). The receptionist said they called the number (my home phone). My husband was at home and said no one called. I checked our log and it didn't show any calls from them. Don't know what happened there. By the time I could get to the desk (while socially distancing) my appt. had passed by about 15-20 minutes. I was told they would try and fit me in. My doctor, however, told me he wasn't busy that day and took extra time to talk about my case with a visiting doctor shadowing him. My questionable visit really was entirely with the gentleman working reception at the time. I make lots of leeway these days because things are crazy with COVID. I was not angry or upset, just think it's worth relating that your method of getting patients with appointments in has room for more errors than letting patients tell you they are here. Also, I tried calling to ask if my appt. was delayed and couldn't reach anyone. Was put into voicemail by 3 numbers I tried.

I was checked in on time; I had minimal waiting while filling out necessary paperwork; I was seen in a reasonable amount of time; the providers (nurses, techs, and doctor) were all thoroughly professional, courteous, and friendly -- all of them took what ever time was necessary to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns.
