I thought I had to interact with too many people for the appointment. I had two nurses, one xray tech, doctor and front desk and appointment desk. I think a patient should only need two people during a visit doctor and nurse. my paperwork was already filled out on line. the front desk is unnecessary and appointment desk.

Had problems verifying insurance approval for procedure. Took two weeks to get things taken care of
