The doctor seemed to credit the possibility of if I was injured or not to my age instead of to my actual accident or what I was telling him. He said my age several times as a reason he didn't think I was hurt. Yes, I am relatively young, however I also did something kind off stupid and he didn't seem to listen to the details of what actually happened. I feel he didn't believe I was actually hurting and injured because to him I am to young for it. He even said 'We don't expect 36 year old patients to hurt themselves lifting something.' What I lifted was actually an extremely heavy bin, filled with books, at a weird angle, and shoulder high. (I thought the bin was empty and found out the hard was way I was wrong.) Everyone else was amazing.

When checking in I asked the receptionist if she needed my insurance info and she rudely replied 'if I needed it I would have asked for it.' Everyone else I encountered at my visit was very professional and pleasant.
