The visit and provider were perfect. The only SIGNIFICANT problem I had was with scheduling. On a Friday evening past 5 pm, I received a voice message sharing scheduling conflict and they would need to reschedule - since a Friday and after 5 pm this news stopped me from arranging my work schedule for Monday - so no work. Sunday afternoon - another message sharing needing to move the appointment. Monday am I received a call saying I can enter the building for my appointment - this was quite frustrating. Also frustrating were the calls I was receiving to reschedule were at odd times and I kept missing them and having to go to the phone tree to leave messages for them to call me yet again - it got to a point where I left a myChart messages giving all my available times. The virtual phone system is not good and the hours of phone calls, I found, were odd not keeping with the professionalism of AAMC.
