I've received great care from this group. But one thing us a little perplexing: at several points in the pre-op and post-op phases of the surgery on my left rotator, the practice's records were showing that my right shoulder was the issue. Wrong shoulder! each time I corrected the person, she said that she was correcting the record. But in fact, it was not fully corrected. Are the systems not integrated? this is not a major issue in the grand scheme of things (because I got great care from Dr. Lashgari), but it would be a good use of time to correct this bug in the system.
