Had checked beforehand to see if my husband could come in with me but had to speak strongly with receptionist to allow him back with me. Even after I told her we had permission she gave us a hard time. Also I had a hard time getting appt set up, was not called back in a timely manner. Provider was great.

scheduled visits were excellenri had problems with scheduling process - i could not get through to right people & messages were not returned

my visit had been very excellent with Dr. Lashgari. However, paper works from the secretary had been frustrating because there was no face to face contact. COVID19 affected everything.,

difficult to reach by phone. had to call a copy old of times and leave several messages. unable to send messages through the portal.

This office and staff have always been professional.

video appointment was good doctor was nice. however the follow-up was terrible I was told his staff would contact me to schedule a follow-up appointment. They never did I called seven times trying to get the follow-up appointment I kept getting told I had to wait for his assistant to contact me. She never did.I finally went to another provider
