I was going to be late and called to let them know. the first staffer said if I wasn't there within 15 min of my appt I'd have to reschedule - I called back to let them know I was going to be within minutes of the 15 min late and the gal checked and they said come on in. I was still seen and his staff was terrific. thank you!
