Ric is so service centric!

When I called to make an appointment told them at last visit said I would need brakes. When arrived day of appointment they had someone else on the brake machine and said they should have schedule my appointment to have brake machine so my wait time was a little longer. They did a great job of getting me in though.

No improvement needed! Still the only place I will take my car!!I was able to get an appointment when I wanted one, and the service department is dependable and prompt. They always review what has been done with my car and never push to do any more unless it really needs something, like my filters needed to be changed, they showed them to me and I agreed!! I always feel secure that my car is getting the best!
