Will never buy from Hursts

Caitlin was very professional and informative. Her customer service skills were of a high level.

I enquired and called down to have a look, was told I would be sent over a quote via email. I was contacted the next week by a different member of staff to ask if I was still interested in.visiting the showroom, I explained that I had already been, and was awaiting the quote. They told me they would send it right over. Still nothing over a month later. Staff where perfectly pleasant when chatting to them just the follow up process was frustrating so I've taken my business elsewhere.

Trying to sell me a 30,000 car was not ok not hearing my needs not good I will purchase a new car at the right time but with a different member of staff with whom I will arrange an appointment with
