Salesman was very helpful

I brought my Dacia in for a service to you this morning. When I booked it in I reported 3 faults with the vehicle which needed doing under the warranty. On arrival this morning I was told that there was no record of the reported faults on the booking. The young man told me that you would “do your best”. I am not confident that the jobs will be done. This is a very condensed version of my recent experience with lookers. If the jobs are not done today I will be furthering this complaint.

Dacia Lookers Chester have had my car for 2 weeks now. I was not given a courtesy car, despite being told I would have one, so I have been without access to a vehicle for a fortnight .It is Impossible to get anyone in the service department to answer the phone. I have rung, in excess of 50 times over the last 2 weeks. The phone has only been answered twice in that time. I received one email after submitting an email through the website, which gave me scant information on when I will be getting my car back. I just want to proper information on what the situation is. I can't just pop onto the dealer to get an update as I do not live in Chester. Please can someone please provide me with an update

In November I bought an used Dacia from you and also an RAC extended warranty. The warranty provider tells me they need you to undertake a maintenance inspection in each of the four years of the warranty. Can you tell me how that works? Do you contact me? Do I need to book it? Do you undertake it during annual servicing? Or something else.The warranty ID is LOOK1195256I asked about this in branch but the person I spoke to wasn't aware of this requirement, so excuse my using this channel of communication but I couldn't find any other.Many thanks

I was told the vehical would be valeted, it was, but to an appalling standard. There are still dog hairs oll over the car, the backs of the back seats haven’t been touched, the boot is covered in mud, debris, and there was a lightbulb left in. I paid for GuardX, and if they’ve not cleaned it properly, they can’t have applied guardX everywhere correctly either

I was messed about, and was told different excuses, and mislead.

Dear Sir/MadamPlease could you forward an email so I can communicate with you directly, I have a 2024 Dacia Jogger from Chester, I am profoundly deaf and cannot find anywhere on your website how I can communicate with you directly, my car was booked in for a service today, it was arranged on my behalf between my wife and your company and the time and date immediately entered into the calendar diary, on arrival this morning there was no evidence of any booking on your system.When the booking was arranged with my wife, and with me standing at her side lip reading, the booking was confirmed as today, I had rearranged very important medical appointments and after a 62 mile round trip during the current fuel emergency situation it was very disappointing and frustrating to find there has been a mix up, given that it was to be a long wait our plans today were to browse around the Lookers site in readiness for a replacement car, to date I have been more than happy with Lookers until today.Setting aside a whole day with a 62 mile round trip then to find out there has been a mix up, having had to return to North Wales and then wait do the same trip again four days later, has now given me cause to rethink think as to whether to reconsider the next car be from within North Wales closer to home and more importantly to seek out a dealership that allows a way for deaf customers to communicate without having to rely on third party involvement.Best regardsPaul

My question regarding the features on a particular car were completely ignored by two salesmen. All they did was give me their standard response (i.e. their contact details and offer a test drive). Rubbish.

You advertised the car as a plug in hybrid, and when I got to look at it I had to point out that it was a full Hybrid.
