After the initial mix up of appointments upon my first visit to the store and having to wait for quite some length of time I am very pleased to say that Matthew the sales executive dealt with me in a friendly and professional manner , nothing as been to much trouble for him . Matthew made me feel welcome , complimentary drinks were offered, follow up calls and emails were also sent and he explained everything step by step. Furthermore upon collecting the vehicle I also met the sales manager and another sales executive who again were very friendly and I enjoyed chatting too.I would like to note that previous to my visit I had visited other dealerships and did not receive this level of customer service from any of them so would highly recommend Dacia of Chester .

It was a very nice experience visiting Dacia Lookers for some service and MOT. Staff are very warm and welcoming. Service maintenance and MOT was done in a flash while we wander around town. The only thing is, we need to come back to the dealership every year for our service because there are some lights showing up in the dashboard everytime when our sceduled service is nearing or at a certain mileage that only Dacia can turn off. I have tried going to some other garage for my service after some light showing up in my dashboard, but they could not turn off the light. I need to go back to Dacia to have another service just to have the lights turned off despite of having no trouble with my engine at all. Not the staff fault.
