2 things. It was an all day appointment but MOT tests only usually last one hour and there was one small faulty item that need attention. The reason why it was all day was not explained and it was inconvenient.Secondly the small fault (back window demister not working) was said to be working OK but as soon as I got in the car and pressed it the light did not come on and it is probable that it is not working. It seems that no one tried to turn it on.Otherwise the experience was fine

We made it clear we were looking to pay outright for a vehicle and do the paint protection ourselves but the sales rep kept going on about finance options with slide after slide of useless info. He was extremely friendly but it was a waste of time for everyone.
