After a nightmare experience 4 years ago with an incorrect number plate being put on the Captur, the salesman Darren I've dealt with this time has been amazing. Despite the car taking 10 months to arrive, he constantly kept me up to date with the progress, the process has been flawless. He also ensured that there would be no issues with the part ex following the wrong registration being put on all the previous contract and documents

Harvey Appleby was fantastic through the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in very clear terms. He answered all my questions very well and when I had to email him he got back to me almost immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone wishing to buy a new car.

As the car took longer than anticipated to arrive they went out of their way to lend us a car over xmas so we could visit family, much appreciated.
