Although I had a long delay waiting for a customer service person., I was asked if anything could be done to improve the service experience? The staff were extremely apologetic, when they realised. Later that day, when I returned home, a large bouquet of flowers was delivered, with an apology. Thank you for that.

Arriving at 7.50 am for an 8.00 am service appointment, and with no other customers present in the showroom, it didn't need a Sherlock to work out I might be in need of assistance. When this did occur after a few minutes, everything was fine. I had been told the coffee machine was out of order in a pre appointment phone call. Car ready on time. Not sure if it was supposed to be cleaned inside, but it wasn't.

on a service plan I expected a valet inside and out (as per service plan) this was not done ,every thing else was spot on.
