Harvey Appleby was fantastic through the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in very clear terms. Although I had a long delay waiting for a customer service person., I was asked if anything could be done to improve the service experience? The staff were extremely apologetic, when they realised. Later that day, when I returned home, a large bouquet of flowers was delivered, with an apology. Thank you for that.
