Engineer unable to identify the noise so nothing was done. Noise still there. I had a replacement rear light cover fitted which I had previously paid for. It took six minutes to fit as I watched it being done. I was charged £60 for fitting. A touch steep I feel.

I need some diagnostic work done to my car unfortunately it could not be carried out on the day of the service I therefore had to rebook it back in for this work to be carried out and was giving a date of the 2nd August and the car would be in the garage all day, I did ask if my car could be picked up from my home address and returned to me when the problem was fixed however this service could not be carried out until nearer the end of August.
