Great service and value. Very obliging staff and helpful. Would highly recommend if looking for a car.

At the weekend we were having problems putting car into reverse and 1st gear. It has got worse and I can't get an appointment until end of June. This isn't good enough as it is a safety issue and I am paying nearly 400 pounds a month for the car. We need something done urgently about this.

Terrible experience with this dealership. I travelled from dublin to view a car I had seen on auto trader in Belfast. Got to Belfast and they told me the car was in newtownards. Travelled up there to discover that it was a different car, not the same battery or price or colour of the one I had seen.They hadn’t taken the ad down from autotrader of a car that had been sold 5 days previously (this is the one I wanted to see and potentially buy). The sales guy never sent me the spec which I requested ahead of the trip which would have saved me 5 hrs of useless travelling.Today is May 28th and I still haven’t received a refund of the deposit I paid mid April despite numerous emails.No apology and no one got in touch with me to discuss this disastrous experience or reassure me about the deposit or indeed to propose other cars to try and salvage the situation.I would expect a refund of the deposit plus a gesture for the trouble caused. I spent 60€ in diesel that day and took time off work to get there as well as my partner taking a half day to travel with me. How disappointing in this modern era of high tech communication.

The staff who i talked to were professional and courteous .

I booked what I thought was a service only to arrive at the dealership and find it had been cancelled and wasn’t even what I actually needed. I booked a day off work, booked a babysitter, organised for my wife to borrow a different car for work in order to get there and was met with nothing but apologies. I’m very, very disappointed and angry about it.

Kyrien (apologies for the incorrect spelling!) and Reece have been incredibly helpful, professional and just absolutely amazing in helping me find a suitable upgrade to my car.Customer service at its finest!! Very approachable, very friendly and deserves the positive recognition ;)
