Elita was very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't make decision about buying the Renault Captur quick enough and someone else bought it. I had to go elsewhere to buy a car within my price range. Anyway I'll come back to Lookers Renault as soon as I need a car.

Hi this was an unscheduled visit but Louise spoke to the repair department & we where asked to leave the vehicle with them & they would look at it as soon as possible. When she was getting the file she said that the service was due that day as the plan we had would expire I explained that I had asked someone about having the service done with the MOT but was told it was not due till July this happened because of covid but Louise got it serviced for us they only had the car for 2 days. We were very surprised when Louise rang & said the car was ready as we expected it to be longer so I think you have a great service team .
