Very helpful man, got us information quickly. But when we said we wanted to think about it, he became a bit rude, like we needed to decide right there and then.

Enquired about a car yesterday was informed we would receive a call back same day .. never happened. Rang today was informed the sales person was on holiday today .Never seems to be enough sales people as we have had for the last six cars in previous years .We rang again today receptionist said a manager would phone my husband back but we have not received a call again .Good customer should be keeping customers well informed this is not the case sadly .We have just bought a car about a month ago and I have not completed a review due to similar reasons . The reason we were contacting again was to enquire about a car for my daughter we had seen.It seems fine are the days when sales were interested .
