I dealt with Josh who sorted a test drive and then put me some figures together.Although I didn't end up buying the car I discussed, the service Josh provided was excellent from start to finish. Although I didn't buy on this occasion, I would have no hesitation in returning. In fact our son and his wife are considering a Dacia and I have already recommend they speak to Josh. Thanks you.

Did not have me booked in although a had a confirmation, waited an age to speak to someone

My motobility vehicle Reg No MW74 AUT was serviced at Stockport Dacia as per contract and i flagged an issue when booking it in. I was struggling to get the car into gear. When the service was completed i was told that there was indeed an issue and it needed to be replaced. I was given an appointment for 15th Dec 2025. I was then handed the keys and sent on my way. I received my service report and according to whoever did my service it was recorded there were NO ISSUES with my clutch or gears….. I do still have this emailWhen i got into my vehicle i noticed that the problem remained and have tried to use my vehicle as little as possible. Having spent nearly a week in hospital i have been home 24 hours and needed to attend an appointment today. I have not been able to as whilst in very heavy rush hour traffic my clutch seized and almost caused me to have an accident.Am disgusted that the service team even allowed this car to leave the dealership knowing that this could and would probably happen….. Along side the fact i could have been at the very least seriously injured because of this! This is not the only issue i had with this service visit as my car was valeted also which whilst i appreciate it being done what i DID NOT appreciate was whoever was responsible to throw away personal items and paperwork form my vehicle. If they were unsure they should have left it on my seat for me to decide. When i spoke to the team i was told there was nothing they could do because they couldnt say where anything was thrown.I made the mistake when i decided to let that go.

I am totally dissatisfiedHaving chosen a so called reputable dealer, and spending a considerable amount, to be told on the day of delivery that there are some scratches that were not repaired, via a phone call and that a colour “pen” would be sent via post, of which I reluctantly accepted, was slightly disappointing.Having now chased on more than one occasion, including direct with the branch manager, and STILL not received is just wrong, upsetting and extremely disappointing. I have NOT been treated well.I now want either financially compensating, or, and preferably, to have the car collected and scratches resolved by you. Please reply - only via the branch manager and not the salesperson responsible for the sale of the car.Simon Bradshaw

Sales staff tried everything to get me the best deal they could. Itvwas my decision not to proceed as I made it clear I wouldn't be signing anything that day as it was a scoping exercise.
