My first call to schedule appointment was not pleasant. Office staff stated that my bridge MUST be removed before treatment. No questioning of my dentists comment on referral nor checking with dentist of your practice. I had to request that.Dr Rake and his staff were A1. His ease of calming this dentist phobia patient was incredible.Thank you.

Should have had the tooth taken care of sooner.Was afraid to have it done.

Mary was so helpful. The dentist I had was an expert. Front office girl made sure my insurance worked.

Everyone was kind, the operation was smooth and they even called to ensure I knew the number to ask questions if I had any.

I had a bone graft and sinus lift. When I got home and reviewed my work there was no information regarding the care I should take regarding my sinus lift. I did ask the Doctor some question and he gave me answers. I went online and found a lot of information that I needed to do so that I didn't damage my sinus lift. My suggestion is that patients receive detailed instructions on how to care for this procedure.

Very personable Eagan Office which starts at check in. Kari -Dr. Rake's assistant put me at ease and very helpful.Dr. Rake is confident in his skills which gave me a good feeling and he did a good job.I would highly recommend this office with such caring people.
