My dental insurance did not cover the extraction of my tooth. So, I paid for the extraction at the time of my appointment. I didn't understand why I still had to present my insurance card and the front desk also ask for my Medicare Health Insurance card? I just felt some of the questions I was asked should not pertain. I felt very uncomfortable with these questions. Also, I pre-registered and had to answer the same question once I got to the office.

Give the option of saving the wisdom teeth post surgery. My son wanted to see his. Also, I would have liked a follow up appointment for someone to visually inspect the healing. This was not offered.

My 2nd time at the office; every part of the experience was handled in a very professional and caring manner. *and I esp. like the "treat" they give out: a FREE pint of ice cream!!😊

I appreciate the level of care for our young children coming for oral surgery. The care is exceptional, efficient, and provides wonderful peace of mind a mother can so appreciate.
