I got a very bad impression of your group when I received your patient questionnaire. For a simple extraction to be asked for SSN of me and my daughter as well as pages and pages of personal history seemed excessive. Also, it appeared that you put no trust in patients paying for your services. However, when I actually came and had the tooth extracted everything was very professional and all of your staff was exceptional. The checkout payment lady explained the financial/insurance procedure which seemed quite reasonable. You might want to review your questionnaire.

My child was left alone in recovery as I was in a room with a sibling. My spouse was in the waiting room and could have came back. After a procedure, I don't think a child should be left alone with having anesthesia in case something happens. Once my other child was finished with their procedure, they were hyperventilating and struggling. I didn't feel that staff cared or where attentive to this situation. Luckily I have surgery experience, but my spouse doesn't and this situation turned very scary to them. I didn't feel that staff came in enough to check on my children to see how they were doing. We had to ask about gause and ice packs when we were leaving because those also weren't provided. I do appreciate the after phone call by the doctor to see how they were doing.

Everyone was very caring and helpful. They helped make a "scary" procedure bearable. The doctor was VERY gentle and kind. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
