Loved getting ice cream at end

Hide the long needles when approaching mouth.Don’t display all your extraction tools in front of patient.Have a live person answer the phone. I called twice, left messages both times. I got one call back as a voicemail and did not answer my question and the second call with a detailed message was never returned.Thank you thank you for a personal call by the Dr. to me in the evening. Exceeded my expectations.Front desk staff very helpful and informative.

They were all SO nice. Explained every step. The surgeon even called several hours after the procedure took place to see how I was doing.

I got a very bad impression of your group when I received your patient questionnaire. For a simple extraction to be asked for SSN of me and my daughter as well as pages and pages of personal history seemed excessive. Also, it appeared that you put no trust in patients paying for your services. However, when I actually came and had the tooth extracted everything was very professional and all of your staff was exceptional. The checkout payment lady explained the financial/insurance procedure which seemed quite reasonable. You might want to review your questionnaire.

I have severe dental trauma and the staff all worked very hard to help me feel more comfortable and calm throughout my time there.
