The staff, especially Justin, is attentive and competent. The waiting room is part of the showroom, but it's comfortable. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the Daly City library is a five minute walk away. So, there are good waiting options as well as access to mass transit.

Small facility often full of cars blocking entrance to service departmentYou need a bigger lot/service department. Perhaps Colma where the other dealerships are located would be a better fit.

NOt sure about wifi, went to a coffee shop while waitingI love Daly City Mitsu. - They are the best dealership I have ever worked with. They scheduled me in quickly and listened attentively to my issues and were so helpful and communicative. Oil Changes seem expensive compared to others, but that has nothing to do with the awesome team there.

Very tight lot with sometimes difficult parking and accessI was very happy with how Justin and his team helped us. Great communication and friendly service. Most importantly, our car is repaired, safe and running as it shouldJustin and his team were exceptional with helping us both resolve and repair warranted issues on our Mirage and discovering other issues that were in urgent need of repair. These repairs were due to issues that were pre-existing, prior to us purchasing the car at another dealer. He was able to advocate for us by explaining the issues to the other dealer and helped to persuade them to pay for these repairs.
