It’s a little awkward driving in and out of the place but I always get help. I didn’t try to use the WiFiGeorge and Justin are so professional and great to deal with.

I was used to going to the Hayward location and never received the best attention. When I faced a serious issue with my car, requiring an ABS unit replacement, it was clear the Hayward was not knowledgeable enough to help me navigate this problem. That is when I went to Daly City. The staff in the service department (George and Justin) were extremely professional and knowledgeable and helped me resolve my issue.

The coolant reservoir was replaced during the last inspection, along with the cap, and the coolant was filled. Today, one week and five days later, the coolant level is going down.The least they could have done was return my car clean on the outside. After multiple visits to the dealership and consistently choosing Mitsubishi for service, I would have truly appreciated that.In my opinion, there should be more highly qualified professionals to properly evaluate and inspect Mitsubishi vehicles, as I had an unfortunate experience when I left my car there and they were unable to accurately diagnose the issue.
