Keep doing what you are doing. And San Jose Mitsubishi should be shut down. They don't answer calls and only cause frustration trying to get service out of them. How do they even make money and their location open. They should all be fired and shut down ASAP. You guys at daly city being value to Mitsubishi. That store in San Jose bring the name down and they should all be named unhireable on their resume to prevent other service centers from their cancerous work methods and ethics. Thank you guy George and Justin for all your help. PaulJustin and George took care of me instantly. No second guessing their expertise. Took their time with me. Assured me from beginning to end with whatever questions I had.

I have a black charge cover on a red car.Overall, friendly and try to get things done quickly. Fairly good communication to discuss problem and resolution. Not great attention to detail. Had a charge cover replaced and when I got there it was black and my car is red. When asked I was told, "oh I forgot for older models they don't send it with the color." So now I have to find someone to paint it.

The place is quite packed and difficult to park or maneuver. Waiting area & services can be improved.George was attentive and answered all my questions. The service was quick and I felt well taken care of. Thanks!
