The lobby is under construction and the restrooms need work. The facility does not have much space so driving around and parking is very difficult, but that has nothing to do with the great service.Although we bought several vehicles at the Hayward location, the only shining star at that location was John the service manager we did not receive good after purchase attention. Therefore, we went to the daily city location, which has turned out to be an amazing experience.The owner partner Eli is amazing and he has an incredible service staff consisting of Justin and GeorgeThey take great care of us. We have now purchased for Mitzubishi’s over the past 8 to 10 years and we are enjoying every vehicle.
