George took care of me when I got there and he was absolutely terrific! He was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing, Gave me really great service and overall just took really good care of me. I was very thankful and grateful for his Professional service and kindness! He really made me feel like he cared which is very rare these days. The shop seems to need at least one more bathroom. There is no signage about the use of the coffee machine or to indicate coffee and tea are available.When I checked in I asked to rotate the tires and have the Outlander's screen looked at as some of the buttons were not working. This task was not done until I asked again about it when checking out. The man who checked me out then responded to my question and reset the screen and explained my options. This worked out fine, but not in the way it probably should have.The shop staff are attentive and courteous; the waiting area is nice. It seems a new toilet is needed, however, as the dealership folks use the lounge toilet a lot.

I wish they offered the car wash to me. Like the last visitThey’re cool and took care of my needs with my car.
