this was my first time working with D'Arcy Motors and it was so positive. I was kept up to date on what was going on. Rick took the time to go over and explain some maintenance that was being recommended and honestly let me know what he would recommend I focus on now and what I could still wait on. With my next oild change I am going to schedule a D'Arcy and see about the rest of the suggested things being completed with the next oil change. It was just a very positive experience.I did not buy my car at D'Arcy but when I needed to have another key made they made me feel as if we've been together since I bought my car. It is so nice to not feel like you did something wrong because you bought your car at a different Mitsubishi dealer.

This was by far the easiest and fastest car buying experience I've had! Prior to my arrival at the dealership, I worked with Josh and Omar via text per my request which was hugely convenient and appreciated. All others I had been working with insisted on calling. Omar sent me a quote within 30 minutes of my request which was significantly lower than other dealerships. Upon arrival at the dealership, both Josh and Omar were a pleasure to work with. Both were very professional, organized, knowledgeable and polite. I was pleasantly surprised with even more bells and whistles than anticipated including a two tone interior that gives this vehicle added luxury. I was out the door and on my way in less than 2 hours. Josh even surprised me with a fancy bow as my birthday was just the day prior. Seriously amazing! I have already recommended to a friend!This was the fastest and easiest car buying experience I've ever had.

The dealership is always immaculate and every time somebody walked by they would ask if we need anything. After the oil change was done, they took the time to wash the winter filth off the car.. we drove out looking we just bought a new car.They always take care of our car and make sure they check everything. We went for an oil change and they found a few things we did even know about and did the repairs.
