Appreciate Rob - his customer service is excellent.Providing me with a loaner so I could get to work was very helpful.As for opportunities for improvement, 2 suggestions - the oil change sticker on my car is very light. It’s hard to read the date & mileage for when I should return (oil change was a previous visit ) & asking if I want to schedule my next oil change. Either verbally or some automated process. I like making future appointments so it’s one less thing I have to do worry about. :)
