Allison was great. She took the time too get to know us and also explained features that we would find important both that we knew about and didn’t know about.Everyone was so friendly and knowledge about the product. They took the time to get to know us and showed us cars that fit our needs.

When I scheduled the service on the phone I had asked the person if there was anything else my car was due for. She mentioned that at the next service there would be something other than the oil change due. Then when I brought my car in they told me my car was due for a service that would be costly and I had to make a decision in that moment whether I could get it done then. I decided to wait based on my conversation on the phone while making the appointment and having forgotten exactly what service she had recommended. When the service person came to talk to me at the end he said the service he recommended was due at 15,000 miles. Well my car was at over 20,000 miles so I was standing there wondering why it wasn’t communicated to me at closer to the 15,000 mark, which would have been at my last oil change.I drive an hour each way to come here and at that time I realized I would have to take another morning out to come and get this done.The text while the car was getting done was great to inform me about what else needed to be done but it was not followed up with someone coming inside to inform me it should be done now. And after the conversation with the person on the phone who had confirmed nothing else was due at this time I was not expecting to hear there was something that needed to be done, and it was missed last time as well.Not a big deal, just giving you the feedback you are asking for.Nice, efficient service

Great service from start to finish. The staff was professional, honest, and efficient. My car was ready on time and running perfectly. I’ll definitely be back.

Really appreciate the drop off service at my work, but communication on where/ how to get keys from porter could have been better.Only answered no for clean because I don’t think the outside was cleaned (which I didn’t ask for) and there’s no option to pick NA. You have to pick an option
