I was satisfied even though they couldn't do the remote start that was promised.They did go over the pricing paperwork too fast and it took almost 3 hours to get to a finalized deal.Very Friendly and attentive to their customers

The mechanics were very thorough going over the car and pointing out things that needed to be done. The only thing that bothered me was the cost estimate for replacing a burned out Headlight bulb. My wife was quoted a price of $167 to replace the bulb, (she passed on that). I bought a bulb for $18 and installed it in less than 5 minutes (and I’m not a mechanic). I realize that you have to make a profit, but that seems a bit much!Friendly staff, work was done well

I would highly recommend Allison, our sales person to anyone looking for a vehicle. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, personable and easy to work with while purchasing our new Outlander. She has even followed up to ask if we have any questions about our new vehicle. This is important since our new car has a lot of features that were new to us. Also, Jackie, the finance person was extremely helpful and made the experience pleasant all around. This is the 6th vehicle that we have purchased from D’Arcy Motors and we have always been more than happy with the all around experience. From Kevin and Luke at the GMC dealership to Allison, Jackie and Francisco at the Mitsubishi dealership we highly recommend all who have worked with us. Change nothing I’m happy with everything from start to finish.I have experience where I purchased my vehicle and their service area ~ I was not pleased at all.D’Arcy is a breath of fresh air, hospitable personnel from the service area to the cashier. They are all pleasant to work with and the waiting area is clean and neat.
