One thing that's not a big deal, is that - I was told that a tire rotation would be done when the SUV was dropped off, However because of the coupon that was given to me to use to save money. A tire rotation was not done because the coupon does not allow it unless I pay for it. I believe a tire rotation should of been done because of what was said. I even gave him the lug nut security key. Its not that hard to do. No parts required.I will get one done at next oil change.Because the people are normal everyday people, Not pushing services that are not needed
