Horrible. Every time I go to get my truck serviced I am pressured into purchasing something but when I need something, I never get it. For instance, I bought my truck there and I would like to have the door code but was told it cost me $230 to hook up a computer. I don’t understand since I was never issued the code rip off.

The experience I had at David McDavid was not pushy, trying to sell me something I didn’t want. Inventory was large, so I had plenty of trucks to choose. My sells guy, LaVaughn was great and had lots of knowledge about my vehicle. He was courteous and pleasant to talk with about my vehicle. Plus he called to check to see if I enjoyed the truck over the weekend. He’s a great guy and sells person.
