The service was outstanding, excellent and I really cannot imagine better unless they offered a new car for half price. And they delivered my vehicle after servicing it. Bryce was excellent, called...texted...great communication and the guys who delivered were nice and really the whole experience was excellent.

I found the truck online and it was super easy to show up to the dealer check it out in person. Said Baaddi was the gentleman that was around who was willing to help. He was great and friendly and was efficient with showing us the truck. We did a quick test drive and were able to chat. He did a great job moving us inside to begin the process of purchasing it.From there I believe the experience went down a star. I was not able to negotiate with anyone about the price of the truck. I do believe McDavid had the price at a fair point, but I pointed out many things I believe were not considered. Since purchasing the truck, a couple of things have already burnt out or are not working. Even with fair pricing, I believe you should listen a little more to negotiate especially when the carfax supports it.Overall a good experience, the finance gentleman did a great job working out the payments. Again, being a second generation purchaser of the dealer, it felt like a lot was left on the table.

A bit delayed and some waiting, but not too long. Over all experience was very nice.

Great experience. We worked with Jason who was extremely professional, straightforward forward and helpful. We came to McDavid after a terrible experience at another dealership and Jason was able to get us into the perfect car and out the door quickly. 10/10 would recommend.
