Extremely well organized making the appointment was particularly incredible how easy and efficient it was. Checking in and information flow to my cellphone was equally smooth. The one criticism i have is making service recommendations without visual inspection impacts the service departments credibility. Air cleaner had just been changed, transmission serviced, and tune up completed. All were rerecommended. Dealerships should be on a common service database.

Service experience this time was great. Advisor Jonathan Ramos delivered on what he said he would do.

Service was timely and so far my truck is running great. Only issue I had was service tech not really understanding my issue at first.
