Service department was outstanding. Maintenance done to my car was excellent. Everything done in a timely manner.

We only came to look at new trucks. We were able to buy one a couple of hours later and were happy to do so. The team had the bed liner and trifold installed a day later and everything went smooth. It’s awesome to work with people that do what they say they are going to do. Thank you David McDavid Ford for a great experience!

My experience with Sam was excellent. He was very capable, honest, and helpful. The sales manager did not seem trustworthy and went back on his word in my dealings with him. Previously I had a very poor experience with another salesman. I would only recommend dealing with Sam and if the sales manager was involved again, I would be more likely to leave.
