My experience at McDavid Ford is always a positive experience, From the service writers to the technicians. I'm greeted as soon as i pull into the service department. Even the service director makes it a point to say hello and ask if my visit is well.

Bought a car entirely online without ever visiting the dealership. I was mildly nervous about the process but everything went really well. Heman, the salesman, and TJ, the sales manager, were both very responsive and conscientious.
